At Kokoro, we want you to love your beauty ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Log into your Kokoro account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
